Wir verstehen, dass Ihr Haustier möglicherweise ein paar Tage braucht, um sich an das neue Haustierpflegegerät zu gewöhnen und Freude daran zu haben. Sollten Sie dennoch nicht vollständig zufrieden sein, bieten wir Ihnen innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem Kauf eine volle Rückerstattung an (Rückversand nicht inbegriffen). Vor der Verwendung des neuen Brunnens vollständig aufladen
Entfernen Sie das Hauptsteuermodul vom Wasserspender (oder stecken Sie es einfach ein, ohne es zu entfernen). Verbinden Sie das Typ-C-Kabel mit dem Stromanschluss und dem Adapter (5V/1A-Adapter im Lieferumfang enthalten) und schalten Sie das Gerät ein. Die Ladezeit beträgt ca. 7 Stunden.
Montieren Sie den Brunnen
Installieren Sie die Wasserpumpe an der Filterschale, befestigen Sie die Filterschale dann oben auf dem Edelstahlwassertank und setzen Sie den Filter ein.
Stecken Sie das Master-Steuermodul ein.
Wasser in den Tank füllen, einschalten, los geht‘s.
Notiz
Bitte laden Sie es mit dem mitgelieferten 5 V/1 A-Adapter auf.
Nach dem Aufladen ziehen Sie bitte das Kabel ab und decken Sie den Stromanschluss mit der Silikonabdeckung ab.
Der Filter muss vor der Inbetriebnahme des Brunnens 5 Minuten lang vollständig eingeweicht sein. Andernfalls kann das Wasser möglicherweise nicht durch den Filter in den Tank fließen und eine Zirkulation erzeugen, was zu einem Überlauf direkt aus der Trinkschale führen kann.
Warme Tipps
Wenn Ihre Katzen neuen Dingen gegenüber misstrauisch sind und zum ersten Mal einen Trinkbrunnen benutzen, finden Sie hier einige Tipps, die ihnen die Umstellung erleichtern:
Platzieren Sie den neuen Brunnen zunächst einige Zentimeter von der üblichen Wasserschale entfernt.
Geben Sie beim Nachfüllen der alten Schale jeden Tag etwas weniger Wasser hinzu, anstatt sie bis zum Stand des Vortages zu füllen.
Bewegen Sie die alte Wasserschale jeden Tag schrittweise näher an den neuen Brunnen heran, bis sie nebeneinander stehen.
Lassen Sie den alten Wassernapf einige Tage an seinem Platz stehen, damit sich Ihre Katzen an die Funktionen des Brunnens wie Lichter, Geräusche und fließendes Wasser gewöhnen können.
Mit der Zeit werden sich Ihre Katzen an den Brunnen gewöhnen und anfangen, daraus zu trinken. Seien Sie geduldig und geben Sie sich und Ihren Katzen Zeit, sich daran zu gewöhnen.

In generale sono soddisfatta del prodotto, ne avevo già una uguale ma il sensore ha smesso di funzionare dopo qualche mese, spero che stavolta duri di più. Comunque ho visto sul sito anche i pezzi di ricambio. Mi piace inoltre il fatto che la maggior parte dei componenti sia in acciaio e facilmente pulibile.

Ich habe dieses Gerät gekauft, weil es aus Metall besteht. Für meine Katze wollte ich kein Produkt verwenden, bei dem das Wasser ständig mit Kunststoff in Kontakt kommt. Kunststoff kann mit der Zeit Bakterien und Keime leichter aufnehmen, daher habe ich mich bewusst für ein Modell aus Metall entschieden.
Allerdings ist der gesamte Behälter unter der Metallschale, der ebenfalls mit dem Wasser in Kontakt kommt, komplett aus Kunststoff. Dadurch verliert der Metallaufsatz für mich etwas an Bedeutung.
Abgesehen davon ist das Produkt wirklich sehr gut verarbeitet und hochwertig. Meine Katze benutzt es sehr gerne. Besonders gefällt mir, dass es mit einem Akku betrieben wird und lange ohne Stromanschluss funktioniert. Das ist für mich ein großer Vorteil.
Ich werde es hauptsächlich nutzen, wenn ich ein oder zwei Tage nicht zu Hause bin, da ich nicht möchte, dass das Wasser dauerhaft mit Kunststoff in Kontakt bleibt.
Insgesamt ist es ein sehr gutes Produkt. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist der Kunststoffbehälter im wasserführenden Bereich.

I liked everything until the first time I washed the device. I washed it and put everything back together as it was. But now it's making a really loud noise. It's scaring not only the cat but me in particular. I don't know what happened; I've been trying to figure it out several times, but the noise is really loud. The cat is afraid to drink from the fountain. I would like to understand what the matter is and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

This wireless pet fountain in stainless steel has a detachable power head that the pump plugs into. Holds a good amount of water, quiet but not silent and has motion sensor or timed circulation. There is a plastic pan that the filter sits in which might be a drawback for some but the fact that most of it is stainless and it’s relatively easy to clean good enough for me. My cats like it. Comes with extra filter and sponge.

This fountain is really impressive so far. The metal feels great, not cheap. Parts are easy to assemble and clean. Great capacity for the water. Also it is SILENT! If your cat is picky about fountains, this may be a better option; the flow is gentle and the shape of the top where the water collects is much more similar to a bowl than most fountains. I did note that the constant flow setting is not available on the battery power, only when plugged in. I tested the motion setting and periodic flow, both worked good. I‘ve not tested the full battery life yet so can’t speak to that, but it does charge the battery when you have it plugged in and still running, so you won’t have to stop flowing it even when it needs a recharge. It came with three filters to start. Would recommend so far!

We put this out tonight and already the cats love drinking from it. It is pretty quiet so they were just a tad curious at first and then they started using it. The stainless steel is flawless. I have been using it for a while and it works very well. The only downside is, the part where the water then comes out, you cant really clean at all and it does get very dirty.I tried to clean it with a bit of paper that fits into the small opening. However you cant take it apart for cleaning so who knows how much worse it could be from the inside. So the filters are a bit pointless if the water afterwards has to run through that. Unfortunately i have to look for an alternative that does not use plastic and gives a better way to clean it.

We are very satisfied with this water fountain. It is practical and just the right size for our Whippet. We use the sensor mode, so when our dog comes within about one meter of the fountain, the water starts flowing automatically.
We also really like that the electronic unit (which can be easily separated from the rest of the fountain) has a smart indicator that tells us when it’s time to change the water and filters. Another big advantage is that the fountain is not constantly connected to a cable — you simply recharge the removable electronic unit using a USB-C cable.
Overall, a very convenient and well-designed product that works great for everyday use.
