Bought this not thinking about the one chihuahua I have. I was just thinking I need something with more capacity and that's filtered for my other two big dogs. I was worried but it's def not too high for the Chihuahua. All my dogs love it and aren't afraid of it. I love that they always have clean filtered water too.
This is actually super quiet I can’t hear the filter running at all. We have two cocker spaniels and I think the bowl will be big enough for both of them! They seem to like it so far and even our more cautious of the two had no problem using this new bowl! Set up was super fast and easy hold a lot more water than I expected. Sleek design looks like it will be easy to clean.

The fountain works pretty good and I have the feeling my dogs drink more now and the water is cleaner . But I still have to change the water frequently cause it Fills with Saliva a lot .
So far the only complain I have is the motor doesn’t sit all the way at the bottom of the bowl, so it stops working and filtering when the bowl is about 3/4 of the way empty. The whole reason I got a bigger water filter bowl was so I’d have to fill it up less often. Seems like a major design flaw. Other than that it works well so far and still holds a lot of water, just wish it filtered longer
