Fully Charged Before Using the New Fountain

• Remove the Master Control Module from water fountain(or just plug in without removing). Connect the Type-C cable to the power port and the adapter(5V/1A adapter included), then turn on the power. The charging time is about 7 hours.

Assemble the Fountain

• Install the water pump to the filter tray, then fixed the filter tray on the top of stainless water tank, and put the filter in place.
• Plug in the Master Control Module.
• Fill in water to the tank, switch on, it starts to work.

1. Please charge to it by using the 5V/1A adapter we provided.
2. After charged, please unplug the cable and cover the power port with the silicone lid.
3. The filter must be fully soaked for 5 minutes before using the fountain. Otherwise, the water may not be able to expand through the filter into the tank to create circulation, which may result in overflow directly from the drinking tray.
   

If your cats are wary of new things, and it's their first time using a flowing water fountain, here are some tips to help them adjust:

1. Start by placing the new fountain a few inches away from their usual water dish.
2. When refilling the old dish, add slightly less water each day instead of filling it to the previous day's level.
3. Gradually move the old water dish closer to the new fountain each day until they're side by side.
4. Keep the old water dish in its spot for a few days to let your cats get used to the fountain's features like lights, sounds, and moving water.
5. Over time, your cats will grow comfortable with the fountain and begin drinking from it. Be patient and allow both yourself and your cats time to adapt.
