Download and install the Smart Life app.
Turn on the Bluetooth feature on your mobile phone is turned on Next, connect your phone to a Wi-Fi net work and enable GPs location services.
To activate the feeder, first, turn it on. Press and hold the dial button for approximately3 seconds to unlock it. Then, rotate the dial to the RESET icon and hold it for 5 seconds. You will notice that the Wi-Fi icon will turn red and start flashing.

I was thinking about buying it since a lot and luckily I did. It works very well and I didn't had to wait weeks to get it, just few days after the order. The only thing I still don't get is that it has to be connected to change the feed program. I also put the pills inside but still the app tells me it's not connected. For the rest it's just perfect. We love this! We are going on vacation soon so I wanted to get an auto feeder and set it up to make sure it worked properly before leaving. Today is my first time being home so see it drop food at the correct time but I have had it manually drop a feeding. It was super easy to set up and it dropped just under 1/8 of a cup of food. It is set to feed her five times so this amount is perfect. She will throw up if she eats too much at one time. Super happy with this product. I have it sitting on her old food dish for now to keep her from bending over and vomiting afterwards.

I bought two of these almost 2 months ago and so far they are working well. They dispense about the same amount of kibble each time (I use Purina One cat kibble). My cats get 4 feedings a day and it would be helpful to have the option of smaller portions. Both cats have figured out how to stick their paw up the chute to get some snacks, but they only get a few pieces of kibble at a time so it's not a problem. I do have to reset the timers about every 3-4 weeks because one of them begins to lag behind the other. So they arent perfect but overall I'm happy with them.
