In addition to force majeure, we will ship within 2 working days. If your product does not meet the conditions for delivery within 3-7 working days, you will see our notice for the delivery time on the product page before purchase.
Shipping Time
From 2 to 8 business days, depending on the product you purchased and your location, we will ship the goods to you from Germany.

Cancel or Change An Order
If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact us as soon as you can. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.

Freebies are provided on an “as is” basis (with its present look or condition), without further warranty or any kind. Including but limited to, lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen free gifts once they are claimed and these gifts are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
Tracking
- You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
- Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
- If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
Order Cancellations
- We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
- Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
Lost Shipments
If you believe your order has been lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier directly on your behalf for a resolution. Customers MUST NOT be involved in the claims process with the carrier - this often leads to a mishandled claim, a claim not being paid in full, and/or a claim being denied outright. oneisall.com will not be responsible for any claim result if the customer files a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
If a shipment is lost by the shipping carrier, oneisall.com will provide a refund to the customer's original payment method for the approved claim amount. Domestic USPS shipments are considered lost after 30 days from the last tracking scan/entry.
